Let’s answer your QUESTIONS
I support people in overcoming aches, pains, and injuries, but also in building resilience, improving movement, and feeling empowered to live fully. Whether it’s returning to the activities you love, keeping up with family life, or simply feeling more at ease day to day; my goal is to guide you towards lasting improvements that help you thrive.
What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of healthcare that focuses on the muscles, joints, and spine. Using hands-on treatment and tailored advice, it aims to reduce pain, improve movement, and support your overall wellbeing.
Do I need a GP referral?
No, you don’t need a referral to see an osteopath. You can book directly online or get in touch to arrange an appointment.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first session includes a detailed discussion about your symptoms and health history. I’ll take the time to listen to you and your concerns, carry out a physical assessment, and provide hands-on treatment tailored to your needs.
What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move easily. Depending on the area being treated, you may be asked to remove certain items of clothing, but your comfort and dignity are always respected.
How many sessions will I need?
Every person is different, and so is their recovery. The number of sessions depends on your individual needs, goals, and how your body responds to treatment. We’ll review your progress together and adjust your plan to make sure it supports your long-term wellbeing.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes — online appointments are available for advice, tailored exercises, and ongoing support, making care more accessible and flexible.
Have a different question?
I want to make sure that all of your questions are answered ahead of your appointment. If you have a question that you don’t see addressed above, don’t worry! Just reach out using the contact tool and I will get back to you within 48 business hours.
